This precious little cottage sits nestled away from the street. Extremely private and quiet except for the birds. Perfect for couples or singles looking to get away from everything. Not recommended for large groups. There isn't a lot of privacy btw the rooms because the house is very small and rooms are very close. POOL IS NOT HEATED. Pool is only open seasonally Memorial weekend - Mid/late September (some times later. Please ask) NO PETS NO SMOKING

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
