Walk to two parks. Dedicated off-street parking. NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS. Violations result in eviction/ fines imposed.

Enjoy your stay and visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, SUSA Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex, Robert Moses Beach; centrally located between The Hamptons Vineyard Wine Tours & Manhattan. This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
