Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Watch the sunrise over the sea and enjoy time with your dog in the fully fenced field, for exclusive use during your stay. Take footpaths through field & forest to valleys with streams & hilltops with views. Take the short drive to dog friendly beaches with salty air. Before bed watch the moon & stars in this Dark Sky Reserve. If your dog could choose, we think they'd stay here :)

Relax & unwind as you enjoy the views over field & forest from the patio. Just open the door and let your dog have fun in the fully fenced paddock. Explore the footpaths that lead through undulating landscapes almost from the door. Take a scenic drive to Whitby, Scarborough & dine out at the numerous places to eat. Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

Four-bedroom contemporary Edwardian Townhouse centrally located in Filey on the Yorkshire Coast - accommodation on 3 floors comfortably sleeping 8 - 2nd floor 1 x king bed, sea views balcony shower & WC - 1st floor double bedroom, twin bedroom, bunk bedroom, house bathroom with separate shower - ground floor, spacious entrance hallway, large lounge dining room 8 seat dining table, kitchen, snug & Wc-outside private courtyard with Hot tub. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided
