The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.
