In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Bucherhof Zirbenduft

After a restful sleep in a Swiss stone pine bed, a cosy breakfast with fresh rolls, you can start your sports activities with a direct access to 48km of groomed classic cross-country ski runs and 27.5km for skating. Or you can go on a hike with or without toboggan to the Lehnberghaus (1554m) - walking time approx. 1.5 hours. One of many possibilities to start from the front door. "Bad" weather? In the immediate vicinity (5 - 15 minutes on foot) you can use the spa facilities of the Hotel Lärche

S'Malers 90m² Apartment

Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Located directly on a wild stream, the Zugspitzloft is perhaps the most extraordinary accommodation in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena. A former warehouse became a top modern apartment (90 sqm / 4 m ceiling height). Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, box spring beds, walk-in shower, sitting area, flat screen, oven, mountain view, garden, terrace, free parking directly at the property. 50 meters away: large supermarket, access to cross-country skiing trails & ski bus stop

Penthouse apartment in Mösern with fantastic views.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

A beautiful, very bright, cheerfully furnished 30 m² apartment with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to a pine forest. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.

Renovated, stylish and cozy 2-room apartment with private balcony and wonderful views. The first room, the kitchen-living room consists of a kitchen block with dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer combination and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Tyrolean cottage with lovingly renovated apartment. Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Quiet and unspoiled location right on the edge of the field. Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
