We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Small house full of charm with garden and terrace. Very well equipped even with young children. Ideal location to discover La Roche-Bernard or enjoy the beaches of Pénestin. Thank you again Claire for hostinging us! We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

The arrival was completely problem-free. The house and the beautifully landscaped garden fully met our expectations! There was nothing missing! The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was sparkling clean! The location is absolutely quiet, apart from the birds chirping and the occasional croaking of the frogs. Extensive material for exploring the surroundings was available. We certainly had a wonderful week's holiday! Since everything was perfectly described, there were hardly any questions, but they were always answered immediately. It is perhaps worth mentioning the mosquito protection on all the important windows, as the house is located in a moorland area! We can only highly recommend the accommodation!

Peaceful and disconnected oasis. We had a great time in this cozy little nest in the middle of the countryside and chirping of birds. The space has all the comforts you need to relax and unwind. The terrace is a real asset to enjoy the sun and the surrounding calm. Finally, Sophie is a very nice person, who knows how to welcome and give the right places to get away on the coast. We warmly recommend this cottage.

Very good apartment! Pleasant, consistent with the photos. Easy to access and close to the sea, the location is ideal if you want to enjoy a car-free stay. Easy communication with Laetitia and flexible schedules.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

Very good wk. Clean and quiet studio. No parking at the foot of the accommodation but in the nearby streets so it's cool especially when we are loaded with children!! Very well equipped studio. We had a pleasant weekend. Highly responsive host. Thank you

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life available. I would highly recommend it!

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.
