Lovely 70 m² house overlooking the sea. Perfect for a couple's getaway (or for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed) Facing the sea and 200 metres from the shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Bienvenue chez nous. Pendant nos vacances nous mettons notre jolie maison en location. Emplacement idéal à 5 min du port de la roche Bernard, 20 min de la presqu’ile de Guerande Serviettes et linge de lit non fournis. Merci de prévoir Pack linge possible en supplément avec 1 serviette de toilette, 1 de piscine et les draps Pour information, nous louons également un studio au bout de notre allée. Ma maman passera dans le chemin d’accès devant la maison. Le studio et la maison sont indépendant
