Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. We took it over at the beginning of 2025 and have since been transforming five holiday apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Brillegaard

Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

Cosy cottage near Voderup Klint

Whether you're spending your holiday on Ærø or just coming for a couple of days to get married Danish style, our cosy yellow cottage is a perfect base. Walking distance from the scenic Voderup Klint and just a 10-minute drive from the fairytale town of Ærøskobing, our house allows you to get the best of the island's nature, while having easy access to the local restaurants and culture. You will be located in the centre of the island, which is just a perfect place to start your adventure!

The charming little Kate offers space for 2 people on 36 square meters of living space. Lovingly designed historical building on former half-timbered farm. Ground floor: living room, open kitchen and shower room. Pointed floor: Bedroom for two persons and gallery with another sleeping place. Wood-burning stove for coziness and romance. Terrace and seating area in garden. Close to Neustadt i.H. and Grömitz. Only 3 km to beach. Leisure activities in Lübeck Bay and Holstein Switzerland.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Cute little summer house near the beach

Relax with your family in this peaceful and cute house, near one of the best child-friendly beaches in Denmark. It's ideal for 4-5 people, but up to 8 people can sleep here with 2 on the sleeping couch and 1 on a mattress. In the winter time there is a fireplace that can be used for extra heat and cozyness :) Otherwise it's just to come here, relax enjoy the beach and explore Langeland. It’s our own private house that we love and use a lot, so please treat it as your own.

Honeymoon, small but fine cottage on the Baltic Sea

The Honeymoon is located on the western outskirts of Warnkenhagen, 1 km from the Baltic Sea. We have been developing a 6-hectare property with flowers, fruits, vegetables, ponds and vacation homes for 10 years. The way to the beach goes through fields and a small forest. Then you come to the beautiful natural beach at Lübeck Bay. Our guest can also use the sauna and the garden and also our covered barbecue terrace with fireplace. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Very tastefully newly renovated and modernly furnished thatched house - only 100 meters away from the white sand beach of the Baltic Sea. Ideal for a family with 2 children. A baby cot for an infant can be added. The large garden is ideal for playing and offers a beautiful cozy dining area on the terrace with beautiful garden furniture. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, bakery, supermarket, bike rental, beach playground, cafes, restaurants, etc.

Kösterwohnung, close to Baltic Sea & Lake Selenter

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. The romantic, communal garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Wifi (fiber optic 200mbts), bed linen, towels incl. Selenter See 15, in the village 5 minutes on foot, 17 km to the Baltic Sea (20 min. by car).

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. End the day with a drink by the fireplace and enjoy the large dining area with your loved ones. Welcome to Ole Käthe.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
