The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Här har du bland annat gångavstånd till badplats på Sandön, Vegeholms slott och den omtalade golfbanan ”Crownwood Club” som smyg öppnar sommaren 2025. Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. White Lotus är en utmärkt utgångspunkt för många utflyktsmål oavsett om du vill ha en aktiv semester eller bara koppla av.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Country home guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Located 1km from the ocean and 1km from Arild Golf course. Café Flickorna Lundgren 500m. Fishing villages Arild and Mölle nearby. Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. The Sheets and towels are not included, bring your own. The kitchen has everything you need, as stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. Please bring your own sheets. It is possible to rent sheets for 100 SEK/person.
