Well-equipped cottage with facilities for the whole family. Unique location at the end of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to a child-friendly beach and cozy city life in Ordrup. The large terrace ensures sun all day with several cozy places to stay. The enclosed garden contains a trampoline, swing and a playhouse in the treetops as well as plenty of lawn for ball games. We have children aged 7-18 years ourselves, so there are plenty of games and activities for both indoors and outdoors.

I vores priser er alt forbrug inkluderet - så I slipper for efterregninger✨️ Hytten er 56m2, så ikke et kæmpe luksus hus, men tilgengæld er der hyggeligt og plads til nærvær. grunden er 1200m2 og omkranset af træer, der er hundeskov og strande tæt ved i bil og rigtig gode handle muligheder. vi anbefaler hytten til 2 eller 3 personer, men der er også sovesofa med god topmadras, så I kan med lidt velvilje godt være 4. vi elsker at gøre lidt ekstra for at vores lejere skal få et godt ophold 🏡

Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Enjoy a stay in a cozy, newly renovated cottage with a wood-burning stove and a large shelter overlooking fields. 10 minutes to the beach and forest – perfect for peace, campfires and togetherness. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
