You will have 110 m² over 2 levels, with a terrace and a balcony. View of the lake and access to the beautiful garden with streams and fire pit. The apartment has its own bathroom/toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The area is characterized by the beautiful ice age landscape. It is 1 km to both beach and forest. In addition, the "Tour de France" route goes just past the farm. There are plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking and water sports.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Et soveværelse med en dobbeltseng (180cm) og et soveværelse med to enkeltsenge (90cm) Anneks med dobbelt seng og halvanden mands seng. Det er et virkelig dejligt hus i er skønt område. 7 min fra strand og skov med legeplads. Café og købmand i gåafstand samt flere ismænd med hjemmelavet is, morgenbrød, kaffe og juice. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig med stor terrasse.

Nyd den smukkeste udsigt langs Ordrup Næs strand, med blik til Sejrø, Nekselø, fortryllende blomster og fugleliv. Næsset blev fredet i 1896. Ingen brændeovn. Anneks på grund.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
