In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

The cottage has two floors - the upper with three comfortable beds and the lower with a small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic channels and bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage. Breakfast/breakfast bread can be found at the adjacent bakery. Wi-Fi Toilet and paper towels, dish detergent, soap and shampoo at your disposal. Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
