Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fairfield Bay

The place was very well maintained and a very private space. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The backyard setup and the river was breathtaking. Laurell was very responsive and easy to communicate. People who looking for a getaway to a peaceful surrounding with lush green and river next to you should really try this home. The access to river was safe and well kept with a floating deck. If you are into fishing, please bring your own setup and get ready for some amazing trouts when the water is cold. I would highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying at the river house! The little red river is an absolute gem. We enjoyed collecting sticks for fires around the property, sitting on the dock, swinging on the porch swing, and hiking the many waterfalls that are close by! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and wish we could visit every weekend to unwind.

Extremely happy with Carol’s place! We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. It rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake much but it was still a great time. The deck and outdoor area is amazing.

Debbie and Ken’s place was amazing! Holding true to the Airbnb’s roots- they greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was including the honey holes for fishing as well as generation/ water level safety and tornado shelter (we had a warning in the area! Was an adventure but luckily shelter not needed). Felt right at home to cook/ grill meals- has plentiful of kitchenware, dishes, spices, etc. Truly like staying at your favorite aunt/uncle’s home. The neighbors were super fun as well and invited us over for HH and snacks! The gardens were truly amazing- hosts are master gardeners and the property truly shines! Home was clean and had everything you can think of! Truly a gem in Heber Springs! We will be back!

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

Hands down the most impressive and enjoyable rental my wife and I have ever experienced. We’ve never stayed anywhere that was stocked as much with utensils, dishes, grilling supplies, toiletries, sundries, linens- it really felt like a home away from home. Heber Springs is an amazing area, and Matthew’s place is situated as such where anything you may need or want to do is no more than ten minutes away. The fishing was absolutely fantastic. Being able to wake up, be down on the dock within a few seconds and watch the sunrise with a line in the water was priceless. We must’ve caught over three dozen fish over the course of our stay- rainbows and browns- all fourteen inches or bigger. Truly a remarkable experience. There’s absolutely no way we won’t be back as soon as we can make it happen!

The house was immaculate. Truly amazing. Everything was well provided for and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairfield Bay Wyndham was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This condo is in a resort, so there were lots of amenities. Our family group was my husband and I, our daughter, son in law and grandson. Lots to do for all! The indoor pool (the outdoor pool is seasonal), hot tub and workout room were top notch. The library has free materials (movies, books) for guests too. Our condo was nestled in the woods with a view of the lake. There was an easy path to the lake and a neat little playground with picnic tables. The area is full of history, hiking trails and natural sights. Make a tour of the Blanchard Springs Caverns a top priority. It was amazing! Most of the activities close early, so not much night life, but that was a plus to us. We didn't feel like we were at a resort. Also, very comfortable beds, high end linens, pillows and towels. We did not have a can opener or broom, however a quick call to guest services and that was resolved. We had a wonderful stay.

Doug's place is awesome! It sits on a beautiful farm, with horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks and other livestock. The apartment and all of its furnishings feels brand new and was spotlessly clean. Doug and Mary Lynn went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The refrigerator was stocked with farm-fresh eggs from their chickens, he included a pound of delicious sausage and bacon, there were treats and lots of little things that made it feel like a home rather than a rental. One thing to be prepared for if you stay, is the farm is quite a ways from any highways. The roads are paved and in great condition to get to it, but it is a bit of a drive to get back there. If you are looking for a place off the beaten path and in beautiful surroundings with wonderful hosts, then I cannot recommend staying with Doug and Mary Lynn enough!

A great location for our trip to see the solar eclipse. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. There are lots of fun amenities on the surrounding property. Plus, we really enjoyed hiking the beautiful trails nearby. Joy was a great host and very responsive to any questions.

We loved our stay! It was very clean lake house with all the necessities. Lots of fun activities to do at the house and a beautiful space inside and out.

Daniel‘s home was wonderful, and provided more than we expected. Clean and well maintained with a view from just about every window in the place. The rain shower showerheads were fantastic. Everyone loved them. It was very private and peaceful. Loved every minute.

We highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a home away from home!! It was so very peaceful and plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We will definitely be planning another trip and hopefully another stay here!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so peaceful. There was a lot of rain so we didn’t have any luck fishing. However, we enjoyed sitting on the dock and deck listening to the water and taking in the cool breeze! Great little place to unplug got a weekend.

Amazing is the best way to describe our time staying at the cabin. First time trout fishing and was able to catch our first trout off of the dock on the crystal clear waters of the Little Red River. Couldn’t ask for better scenery. Red River Trout Dock was very helpful supplying us with the correct baits and gear to fish the river!

We didn't want to leave because it was so peaceful. Watching the creek from the top deck every morning was one of my favorite things. Our grandchildren loved swimming in it and it's very private. Amanda is very responsive. I hope we're able to go back someday.

Had a wonderful Stay at the Cozy Cabin on Little Red. It was a great space to share as family came into town to celebrate a Harding University Graduation in nearby Searcy. I wish that we would have had more time to spend at the cabin enjoying the peaceful surrounding and amazing view, playing games and using the provided kayaks and fishing poles, but the planned graduation festivities on campus kept interrupting! The many amenities and quick/responsive communication from the host made it a wonderful stay and the simple check in/check out instructions were a breeze. It the perfect spot if you want to get away and relax- just note: the water level in the creek rises throughout the day. The creek is much higher and moves quicker in the afternoon than the morning, but unfortunately, our schedule didn't allow for using the kayaks in the morning which would have been a little easier.
