The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Location!! Cute remodeled red house, located in Greers Ferry close to all amenities.Within a mile there are restaurants, gas station, grocery stores, and shopping. One mile from Lacy's Narrows Marina and Shiloh Marina, both great spots to launch your boat. Devils Fork is also within 1.5 miles if you want launch there or swim at the beach. The Greers Ferry City Park is close by with ballfields, playground, disc golf, and a walking trail. This house has recently been updated, 1600 sq feet!

The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.
