Cette maison sur 2 étages se situe au centre historique du village de Fabregues, dans une zone avec très peu de circulation du a ses ruelles étroites. Vous profiterez d’une maison baignée de lumière, donnant sur une place très agréable où trône un olivier centenaire. Des travaux d’isolation ont été effectués début 2026 et les chambres ont été équipées de ventilateurs de plafond. Tous les commerces sont à 2 pas, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac ainsi que les plages à 15 minutes de la maison.

Il comprend cuisine, terrasse privative, salon de jardin, 1 chambre et un salon, qui fait office de chambre (cf plan). Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et toilettes privatives. La piscine (6x12m), non privative est accessible 5h par jour (à définir).
