This 2-story house is located in the historic center of the village of Fabregues, in an area with very little traffic due to its narrow streets. You will enjoy a house that was recently renovated, bathed in light, overlooking a square where a century-old olive tree stands. You will enjoy all the village shops within walking distance, bakery, butcher, pharmacy… as well as the beaches 15 minutes from the house.

Our home for your vacation

Hi , We make our main residence available to you during our stays elsewhere for my exhibitions. It is 15 minutes from the beaches. This is a house that is mostly on one level with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, kitchen, living room and veranda which is a living room, then a large bedroom with TV upstairs, also with its bathroom and toilet. The pool is private. For your dog, the back exit gives access to walks.

I offer you a country cottage, in the heart of an active winery. We are alone in the middle of 40 hectares of vineyards and fields. 5 km from the villages of Mèze and Montagnac, 15 min from Pézenas or the Étang de Thau and 20 min from the beaches of the Mediterranean.
