Welcome to our cozy home, a stone's throw from Storsjön's swimming areas, boat places and small beaches. The city center is 3 km away, good bus connections and nice bike and walkway to town. Enjoy the light of the house with large south-facing windows and cozy up in front of the fireplace when the sun goes down. Parking, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms make the house perfect for families or groups. Outside there is a large garden and terrace facing southwest that bathes in the afternoon and evening sun.

The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. The house was built in 1880 and the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, has a newly renovated kitchen, working fireplace, washing machine and dryer, and nice original details remain. The apartment is close to both the city and nice nature trails. With just a couple of hundred meters to Storsjön. In the summer, there is proximity to the jetty and swimming. Ica is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and there is also a cozy local pizzeria.
