Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
