Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

The luxurious one bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views from double bedroom which comes equipped with modern en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). We would welcome adults only. If its a peaceful beach break you are looking for, you have found just the place. We are within a minutes walk to the beach & 15 minutes walk to town centre. Jurassic Coastal path within walking distance and bus route available.
