The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

The coach house offers self-contained accommodation in the beautiful village of Kenton, surrounded by lovely countryside walks and close to the south Devon coast. Within walking distance of Powderham castle, two excellent restaurants and a well stocked farm shop and post office. Conveniently located just off the A379 for visiting historic Exeter, Dartmoor and the many beautiful beaches and local attractions.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others will be staying in campervans, touring caravans and tents. Max five pitches. A simple camping cabin. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower.
