This is a beautiful remodeled vintage cottage filled with natural light, exposed brick, fir floors, a gas fireplace, and private parking. It is quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Private driveway. We live in main house in front. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Small pet ok.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

A restored 70s camper with many of it's original parts, the Dandelion has quirks and charm like vintage wallpaper, unique lighting and stained glass. The backyard tub is 6 feet long and fits two! Watch a movie on screen under the lights next to a propane fire ring or cozy up on the organic mattress with some tea and a book, this stay is perfect for a romantic date night or quiet staycation.
