This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. You are only 10-15 minutes from the Eugene Airport, Hayward field, Lane County Event Center and McKenzie Riverbend hospital.
