The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great neighborhood!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.
