Holiday rentals with a sauna in Etruscan Coast

Very nice property! New, modern, well appointed and extremely clean! We really enjoyed the pool, air conditioning as well as parking facilities.

Our two-week stay was utterly enchanting. As we celebrated our thirty-year wedding anniversary and explored Italy for the first time, this property stood out as our clear favorite, with everything meeting our expectations. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, much like being at home. The amenities were outstanding, and we made good use of the hot tub and sauna. The decor was also impressive, showcasing considerable attention to detail. Annie was an exemplary host, always responding promptly to my inquiries and displaying excellent communication skills. I would definitely return to this property, as it greatly enhanced my experience of traveling abroad. I also highly recommend Annie's property to others. The availability of laundry facilities was another significant advantage, particularly during the midpoint of our vacation. My memories of Florence are inextricably linked to the exceptional experience I had at Annie's property, which was flawless in every respect. Thank you again!

Lovely location with incredible views in every direction. The apartment is centrally located to many things you might look to do in this region. A very nice change to staying in hotels in the big cities. Marta was very responsive for both anything we needed for the apartment and also any area recommendations we needed. The apartment is well appointed and the instructions were thorough. Great stay!!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

The place is very quiet, the terrace is beautiful, which offers a relaxing view of the hilly surroundings. Well-stocked kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. However, you have to have a car as it is in a very small fraction.

Excellent location for visiting the east coast of Cape Corsica while being quiet. The place was spotless, we didn't miss anything! We really enjoyed the booklet with their recommendations for tours, hikes and restaurants 😁

An incredibly beautiful place to stay. Set amidst the vineyard, the accommodation was above our expectations - beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could need.

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio’s apartment. It is spaceous and has everything you may need for your stay (the sauna is just the cherry on top!). The location could not be better - right next to the main square but in a quiet street. Overall a great place to experience San Gimignano!

Very well designed new furnishings, impeccable kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Very good pots and pans. Very chic newly designed bathroom, new French doors and shutters, and new floors. Well-maintained outdoor facilities and magnificent swimming pool. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was very, very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and also the bathroom is very nice. The area is beautiful. Samuele responded quickly to all messages and was very helpful. You heard the neighbor a few times, but that wasn't disturbing at all. We would definitely return!

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

The accommodation is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great and the bathroom was clean. They welcomed me in person when I checked in and kindly explained it to me, so I was able to stay comfortably. Everything was good, and it's an accommodation I want to come back to. Thank you Matteo.

Beautiful house, very well kept and we were greeted in a spectacular way. Excellent explanation of the amenities and they also brought us pastries, I felt like in a 5-star hotel but with the privacy of a home owned. We are already thinking of going back, tranquility and relaxation are the order of the day and being surrounded by olive trees and fields you can also breathe a clean air. Highly recommended and Rossella was very kind, helpful and welcoming, better than that you could not do. 10/10 vote

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful structure.... The welcome was warm,with a attention to detail that immediately makes me feel at home. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness, and the highest level of comfort. And then the real gem... the hot tub... we loved it! We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷

Great location to base yourself for visiting Florence and Tuscany. Very peaceful! Host had a welcome package of pasta, sauce and wine to cook a meal at home. Since it was the Easter weekend, host had candy around as well! Highly recommend! Would love to come back!
