We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being right in the heart of all the action! A great location to explore the city!

This accommodation was suitable for 7 people. Hose Trun actively communicated with me before the visit and helped me to avoid any inconvenience. The check-in time was delayed due to traffic problems, but the host welcomed us and explained the accommodation without any inconvenience. The location wasn't close to the city center, but it was nice to have our own time in peace. Towels were also provided in abundance, and the accommodation was spacious and clean, so there was no problem.

Enzo embodies hospitality. He welcomed us with so much warmth, loaded the refried with complementary drinks, and gave us coupons for restaurants and the block. Enzo communication is expecsional as a host. He's always available whenever we reached out. Enzo is an expesional host and we felt at home at his place. I will recommend him a thousand times and over. Thank you, Enzo, for making our stay a memorable one.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Very good stay. The house is very nice and the view is magnificent. From the house, we were able to visit Pisa, Siena and Volterra, three magical cities. We were amazed for a week.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Great stay. Eva was very kind and very helpful. Air conditioning only in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. We had a good time in June. Very well-equipped accommodation. Very well-kept and pleasant garden/patio. The pool wasn't open yet. An area that we like very much for its proximity to the sea, characteristic villages and excellent restaurants.

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it takes only 5 minutes to go to SMN train station, with many trains.The apartment is very tidy, no noise at night, Patrizia is really a very kind host, warmly welcomed me, and recommended me a lot of places, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence!

This fantastic apartment is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the train station, making it easy to get around. It's also within walking distance of the main attractions. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, truly enhancing our overall experience during the stay.

Carla was a excellent host, very responsive with excellent recommendations. We felt safe with easy access to everything. The apartment had everything we wanted: out door space, AC, washer and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the evenings at the apartment. i would highly recommend. We had a fabulous time!

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.
