Giorgio's house is more than a home . It is a place where nature is magnificent, where everything is in order and in harmony. The house has a well-kept, very cozy outdoor space. We had a great time. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the sea and is very close to places of interest such as restaurants, supermarkets, beaches,... The accommodation is clean and tidy as pictured and Riccardo was very helpful offering us names of places to eat, parking, free beaches,... He also offered us his bikes to get around the city. Viareggio is a very welcoming city and we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful time at Laura’s place! The accommodation was perfect for our family – very clean, lovingly furnished, and we felt at home from the very first moment. Laura was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available and full of great tips about the area. Our children also felt completely at ease – the pool was definitely a highlight! We can 100% recommend staying at Laura’s and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Sonia's apartment is small but equipped with all the amenities and very comfortable. The bathroom is large and very clean, as is the room, and the garden is also beautiful. Sonia is an impeccable host, very kind and discreet but always available. We recommend this accommodation, very convenient also for getting to all the points of the island.

The location is perfect at the end of the harbor and high up. The terrace is very pleasant and the accommodation comfortable. We are delighted with our stay and thank our host again for their kindness.

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

Really nice and clean house, on a hill, very quiet area... Impeccable hospitality. Wide, bright spaces. We enjoyed the layout on one floor without stairs and appreciated the well-maintained pool. For us this last-minute reservation was a pleasant surprise. To repeat!

During our stay, we never needed to contact the host, the directions provided before our arrival were exhaustive and sufficient. During our stay, the temperatures were high and the pool was certainly a lifesaver! We had a truly relaxing weekend in complete privacy and tranquility. The only "flaw" was the Wi-Fi signal, which was not the best, but we never really needed it.

Truly a one of a kind experience. Not your typical location in Tuscany! If you want to recharge away from the crowds in a remote location in the hills with breathtaking views that take you back centuries this is the place. Alberto and the property’s caretakers are a delight. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of space to roam around. We had an idyllic five days here with our one year old. Magical evening wines looking out at hilltop castles and soaking up the sounds of nature. 10 min to tiny Pari, 25 to a market in Civitella Paganico, under an hour to Siena. We hope to return someday. A pleasant accommodation to discover the Cinque Terre while relaxing on the terrace, in the garden, and even enjoy the pool. Great for letting kids have fun safely:-) Thank you for the loan of bikes to go to Sarzana even faster than on foot, ideal location for lovers of culture and walking in a beautiful environment, with public transport within walking distance and well informed by our hosts. Anyway… we would have stayedfor a few more days!

Small cottage surrounded by greenery, a corner of relaxation and tranquility guaranteed. Small enjoyable garden, super clean house, despite the bathroom not having a window, there is a French door attached, so it is as if it had one. Kitchen equipped with all desirable amenities. Unbeatable value for money, friendly and responsive host. I recommend the accommodation, to those who, like us, were looking for a place to relax and feel at home right away. Getting there was not difficult as the host provided us with a very useful short video to immediately understand the way to go. A note of merit to the bed, which turned out to be very comfortable.

Stayed in a four-bed room with two girls. Spacious and comfortable double bedroom. Living room/kitchen a little cramped with sofa bed open but livable stay. Bathroom ok. Kitchen provided. Beautiful outdoor space with private veranda. Large green space around and a very welcome swimming pool. A place we would absolutely love to return to.

Cristina's house near Siena is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Just 20 minutes from Siena, it's perfect for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, or Chianti. A car is essential but ensures a peaceful, authentic experience. The clean, well-equipped house has a kitchenette (fridge, stove, washing machine) and AC. The bathroom is small but functional. Outside, there's a surprisingly deep pool and various spots for relaxing or dining. We were surprised by the poor connectivity - almost no phone reception inside and extremely slow internet with weak Wi-Fi. Cristina mentioned it's not for working, but we underestimated the limitation. The surroundings were mostly quiet. Cristina, though not on-site, was very responsive and helpful. Tips: The parking is 50-100m away; ask about unloading at the house. Bring extra toiletries for longer stays. Request the correct Wi-Fi password before arrival. Overall, an excellent choice for exploring Tuscany. We'd happily stay here again.
