Beach house holiday rentals in Étretat

It was great night with my friends at Sephane place very clean, quite and with a lot of peace. The house is very well equipped and very close to the beach.

We had a very nice, relaxed week in Mylene and John's house. The house is very nice and charming from the outside as well as the inside. The decor is tastefully modern and equipped with everything you need. Cozy mattresses, large duvets and cuddly blankets, all clean and tidy. We used the bed linen and towel service. There were also nice games and books for the children, and the TV had the opportunity to dial in to Netflix and Disney;) I also the garden is very well maintained and we used the ping pong table often. Overall, the house is one of the nicest Airbnb rentals, so I've had a very clear recommendation on my part. The area is very quiet and nice walking distance it is 5-10 minutes to the beach. There are a few small restaurants and ice cream shops and shops. There are some excursions in the area. But you urgently need a car, but it is very worthwhile. Thank you!

very nice stay spent in Sandrine's house. very nice location, quiet. very nice house. the master bedroom with its bathroom and its small outdoor terrace on the roof is very pleasant. the sea of Petit Caux is superb with the cliffs and quiet. Petit caux is a very nice link. I recommend this very well-equipped rental. Sandrine was very available by phone. earlier check-in and checkout later than in some rentals so really good.

A real favorite! The house is very cute, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained. The views are simply beautiful — a real pleasure to wake up every morning to this landscape. A peaceful and charming place, ideal to unwind. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in the accommodation which is nice and as described and photos. The "residence" where the house is located is very quiet, pretty and the possibility of being able to play basketball or tennis is a plus with children. 3km from the center of Cabourg, very easy by car. A crossroads market and gas station are right next door. The accommodation is well equipped for small children (games, books, high chair, umbrella bed). You just have to think about bringing a sheet for the crib. I recommend it!

Very good stay at Villa Mirabelle with my group of friends! The listing is as described and the reality surpasses what is described in photos: it's even nicer in real life! The accommodation is impeccable with all the necessities at your disposal. Everything is very clean and well arranged. The communication with the owners and managers of the property was impeccable. We spent the Easter weekend with our family at Maison Normandy and it was a fantastic stay. The description of the villa, located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful garden, is completely accurate. The beds are of very good quality. The plus was the heated swimming pool. The only downside is the lack of carbon monoxide alarms. Highly recommended!

A holiday home that surpasses expectations! Very recommendable!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s spacious, well-designed, and perfect for several families or a group of friends. We hadn’t realized from the listing that each bedroom has its own bathroom, so that was a wonderful surprise! The kitchen is well equipped, and we loved gathering around the large dining table for dinner. Everything was great except for the internet, which unfortunately was not working during our stay. We tried to resolve it with the host, but the issue remained unsolved throughout our three days. Only after our departure did we learn that it was a more complex problem that took longer than expected to fix. If you’re planning to work remotely during your stay, we’d recommend checking with the host in advance to make sure everything is up and running. That said, we would still happily return — it’s a fantastic house and a lovely place to spend time in Deauville.

We had a great time with friends in Delphine's beautiful home. The house is lovely, functional, tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the exteriors that were lucky enough to have great sunshine this March. The location is ideal 300m from the sea and about twenty minutes walk from the shops! We recommend it!

Beautiful cottage, everything was amazing

A very nice stay with my children in Camille's little house. A very warm welcome, she took the time to connect with us and give us ideas for children-friendly outings while being very discreet. The house is very well decorated, very close to Merville beach and it fits perfectly with the description. A little extra, the ping pong table that allowed us to have fun in the evening. A big thank you Camille for this lovely stay!

We felt right at home and were received kindly, there was a basement with bicycles, wagons and various toys. The beach is within walking distance. What you should know is that the house is generally very clairaudient. All in all, we were completely satisfied and would recommend the place and hosts!

Thanks to Barbara and Corinne for having us in their family home with vintage but spacious decor. The house is well equipped, with dishes, appliances, and household products of all kinds. The bikes available allow for nice little walks by the sea. The garden is very large and pleasant to enjoy the sun. I recommend for family stays. Thank you.

We had a wonderful family stay at Marie's beautiful home. This one is well located, not far from the shops of the city and restaurants while being preserved from its hustle and bustle. The accommodation is very comfortable and the bedding quality. We did not lack anything, the location was very easy to access and we received a very friendly welcome from the hostess's husband who came just as smiling when we left. We recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in Celine's rental, with our family and our two toddlers. This is a clean house, well equipped with multiple storage, in a quiet area. The rental is carefully decorated and organized. The board games were also very much appreciated. Thank you again for your availability, your welcome and for loaning us amenities for our children. We'll be back with pleasure and highly recommend it.

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!
