Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. We lend bikes, paddleboard kayaks

Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy the perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.

Charming 35m2 duplex house in the heart of Etretat 100m from the beach. On the ground floor a kitchen, a seating area and the bathroom. On the first floor under the roof the bedroom with a queen bed. Possibility to add a mattress. Perfect for a couple without children or with a young child, for a weekend or a few days. The house was completely refurbished in 2021. Bakery, convenience store 20 m away. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

You can spend very good times in the house but also enjoy its small garden and lunch or dinner on its covered terrace. The kitchen is perfectly furnished, and the bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower. A toilet is accessible on each floor, and you can sit in the small living room of the large bedroom to read facing the sea.
