If you want to explore the Arcachon basin, this is the perfect place! Anthony and Marie Pierre are keen for you to feel good and that's the case: the house is great, with a beautiful exterior, impeccable cleanliness and even a jacuzzi (as well as all the equipment you might need such as a barbecue or a plancha) To avoid spoiling anything, the hosts are lovely and full of good advice. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Very nice, pleasant and comfortable house extremely well located. 2 steps from the sea by a small sandy path. Close to the beautiful Pereire beach and its large pedestrian promenade by the sea. The city centre of Arcachon, which is a very pretty city, is a little further away but close enough to be able to access it on foot by walking on the large bike path that is at the foot of the house We immediately felt at home in this haven of peace and tranquility. The garden and the covered terrace are of course a plus. A big thank you to our contact, Nicolas. For his listening and for the time dedicated to making our stay a perfect one. It was. We can only highly recommend this house.

This is the most beautiful AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, the pool was warm, the hot tub was clean and there were so many lovely touches on arrival, including a bottle of red and white wine and a little bunny rabbit for my little girl. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you can need, including a racelette machine, air fryer and a washer/tumble. The area is amazing, so close to Creon and Bordeaux, surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards- I can’t fault it! Arnaud was the perfect host, so friendly and responsive and helped us so much in the weeks leading up to our stay, contacting various golf courses and restaurants. He also facilitated our early check in at short notice - which was hugely appreciated. This place is an absolute must and we are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much Arnaud for an unforgettable holiday!

stayed at the villa for 6 nights on a family holiday, it was the first time we'd attempted it as an extended family and the villa was perfect for us, the kids loved the pool, there was plenty of space for everyone (with enough bathrooms not to argue over) and 2 great areas to all sit together to eat dinner in the evening. Our hosts were lovely and helped us out when we got a bit lost finding the villa on arrival and were extremely responsive to any issues/queries while there, they even sent through restaurant recommendations for a birthday, would really recommend the villa, thanks

We really liked the place. The communication and interaction with the landlady was also very good and very pleasant. Unfortunately, we only had a little bad luck with the weather, but no one can do anything about it. Lacanau is also a really nice place to vacation. We will be back!

Beautiful home and grounds! Well equipped with all necessary supplies. Communication with Caroline was excellent! Always with a quick response to questions and even worked out a birthday cake and wine for our traveling friend. Nice outside seating area to enjoy by the pool. Would highly recommend!

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

Very nice, comfortable, bright villa. the pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court. As big fans of Lege Cap Ferret, we were delighted to discover Sophie’s place in Quartier Mimbeau. The house is centered around a spacious and luxurious living room with very high ceilings. Doors on two sides open into the terraces and garden, allowing an unrivalled feeling of openness. The garden itself is small, private and extremely beautiful. The kitchen is also small but very well equipped - we used it every day. The dishwasher was on the small side. For our family it was a big advantage that there is a private bungalow, containing one bedroom. Each bedroom has its own big en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. The beds are queen size. We especially enjoyed eating on the terrace in the back and doing yoga on the front terrace. Even though we would have loved an outdoor shower, there is a tap for cleaning sandy feet and wetsuits. We highly recommend Sophie’s Villa.

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Elegant interior and functional. Baby cots were setup in bedroom upon arrival. The concierge is very helpful and responsive with clear instructions. Ample outdoor parking just outside the house. We had a good family time. My nephew left his teddy bear and they are willing to send it back to us. Thank you.

Amazing house which is somehow even nicer and more spacious than in the photos. Charlotte and her husband were nearby and very helpful with any questions we had. It seemed expensive when booking but it was well worth it, it's an ideal place for a large group. We were two families with toddlers and it was perfect for us, very close to the tram and supermarket with a lovely big garden and Charlotte even had some toys available which they loved. The pool is safely fenced off and gated. We can't recommend it highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house offers plenty of activities such as pool, petanque, ping pong, very nice table football and a beautiful veranda. The location is great, right on the beach and close to the main street. Guilhem is a very pleasant host with kind and fluid communication, very appreciable. I would recommend the place:)

A well explained self check-in, a home with elitist outdoor services, such as the spa with an incredible view of the tip of Cape Town.

Delphine and her partner Stephane are incredible hosts. Kind, respectful and super caring. The place is very clean, large and offers several amenities. The exterior is a must for outdoor parties. The place is 20-30 minutes from the Médoc castles and 45 minutes from Bordeaux. Perfect! Thanks again Delphine.

Very well equipped, the house and the duplex allowed us to have a pleasant stay with the family. The green exterior around a beautiful and large swimming pool, the ping-pong corner, the many deckchairs, the small hut, the board games, enough to park 3 vehicles, the loan of baby equipment, everything is there to feel good. Marie and Mathieu are charming, very welcoming, and responsive hosts. Thank you.

The house is simply beautiful and completely suitable for hosting a large family or a pretty tribe. Impeccable kitchen, everything is there. The rooms are spacious and clear, the dorms made the teenagers happy and the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi) won everyone's votes! Yvan was a great help with tips and tips. I recommend this house 1000%!!

Thanks so much to Sophie and her husband for letting us stay in their amazing apartment. Everything was clean, orderly and well presented. We stayed with our 6 month baby and enjoyed using the pool and having the space to ‘parent abroad’. We also really appreciated the local recommendations. The only thing that could have made it better was the weather (unfortunately it was cloudy / a little rainy all week!) - bad luck and obviously no fault of Sophie’s!
