This peaceful, recently refurbished accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 3-bedroom house, 200 m from the lake, 5 km from the ocean, with direct access to bike paths. Crossing living room with two accesses to the 600 m2 garden, fenced. Semi-open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 bed 160, one in 140 and a bunk bed. Garage for storage (bicycles, surfing...) Baby equipment upon request. Bed linen provided. Easy parking on the sidewalk in front of the house.

Our house is located a few meters from Lake Moutchic and a 5-minute drive from the ocean (15 minutes by bike). With an area of 150 m2, it includes a master suite with bathroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, and a beautiful upstairs living room with large equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Outside, a large 45 m2 terrace upstairs with lake view, partly covered with a pergola and a garden on the ground floor with outdoor shower.
