Cozy villa on large enclosed grounds, not overlooked, heated pool in summer and secure in a quiet area, on the edge of a pine forest. Lake (Moutchic beach) and ocean by bike. Plancha, deckchairs, 2 canoes 2/3 seats, 2 paddles, ping pong table, petanque court. All amenities nearby. Numerous possible activities (skateboarding, kite surfing, golf, inflatable games on the lake, horses, surfing, sailing, paddle boarding...). Everything is included (linens, towels), all you have to do is put your bags down!
