If you are looking for peace in nature and in the Eifel, upscale amenities, just want to feel at home... Then you are in the right place!! We had 4 unforgettable days together with our daughter and dog. The location is perfect for peace and quiet and very private. If you travel with dogs, you have to adjust to hiking up and down, which is typical of the Eifel, but that's what makes the Eifel what it is and we were used to it anyway. Unfortunately, there is no garden for the dogs, but we knew that and it did not bother us, the walks were all the more beautiful! For this, the terrace behind the house was perfect for lingering, eating at the long table and very private. A highlight for young and old. The whirlpool invites you to relax in the evenings for two, where you can unwind and the sauna is very soothing after a long walk. The couch and beds are very comfortable and the view is perfect! Cooking, grilling, stowing the ice.. Everything is there :)! We'll be back!

We were there for 1 week in April. Everything was super tidy and clean. High-quality equipment and everything on site you need. Contact with the de Cleur family was simple and hassle-free. We had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this place

We had a wonderful time. The tranquility that the area offers was exactly what we were looking for. The house is clean and nicely decorated and offers the perfect little spa experience with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, scenic, and just a great place to relax. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay really comfortable. There are just a few small downsides worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi could be faster, there was no laundry detergent provided, and the kitchen knives could use some sharpening. Other than that, everything was great. We seriously enjoyed our time here and are definitely considering coming back again!

A great place, far from the digital world, especially suitable for the younger generation to appreciate consumption again and not to take for granted. Uwe is a great host and the briefing can't be done better ❤️

I really enjoyed my break for five days as I spent it in a cozy single cabin on the edge of the wall that is very quiet and well located for hikes. I also liked that the cabin is clean and well furnished. Above all, the host Maja is extremely friendly; even though I never saw her, I felt that she was happy when I was well in her cabin!

Eva's log cabin is a wonderful way to escape the stressful everyday life and unwind in nature. Everything you need is there. On cold nights, heating can be done with a wood-burning stove. We did many hikes and explored the horse-drenched surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

Marcus is a very nice, open-minded person who not only lovingly deals with his animals but also gets on super well with the neighbouring children XD When we arrived, it didn't take long for many children to be jumping around the animals :) We felt very welcome and would always go there again. Stops and center are further away, but the way goes nicely along the water :) (about 25 min) If you need a lot of space and luxury, Marcus may not be the right place for you, but everyone else will surely enjoy this accommodation as much as we did :)

From the excellent communication with the hostess to the quality and amenities of the accommodation, in addition to the quiet and green surroundings, etc. a great destination to rest, relax and come to yourself. Very nice.

Quiet, cozy place in beautiful surroundings. Beautiful views of the valley. Very suitable for those who want a quiet, calm break alone or as a couple!

We have enjoyed the peace and space. The log cabin and garden were exactly what we needed to enjoy for a few days. The wood stove was also wonderfully warm and cozy. In addition, there was plenty to see outside in terms of nature.

We found the cottage for two rustic and cozy, you could heat with the wood stove, for absolutely frozen people it is probably not so suitable, but we liked it (and we are used to somewhat cooler dwellings). The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in the Eifel! Many thanks to Barbara...

We were greeted with fresh bread and eggs. A bottle of wine rounded it all off. We had planned to relax for 3 days and unwind. This was absolutely successful. We lacked nothing. The Waldseepfad Rieden is highly recommended for an extended hike. A visit to the in-house sauna is a must. All in all a wonderful weekend

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, surrounded by trees and hearing birdsong. Everything was clean and comfortable and was spacious enough for two people. Stephan was really friendly and gave us some nice local recommendations. One downside was the steep ladder-stairs to get to the bedroom; we knew about that in advance but the wooden bar at the top was not great . If you’re tall, it’s not so comfortable. We did some nice walks in the area, and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sun

Hi, I enjoyed staying, everything was exactly like described. Peacefull location, easy communication. Moreover, I liked picture above the bad "Today, will be a good day" very strong sentence. And I really had everyday a good day.

We as a family of four enjoyed our stay (four nights) in this cozy cottage and had a wonderful break there. We found the house in a very clean condition. Everything we needed was there. Also toys for the children, who were also able to let off steam in the garden. The location near Niedersfeld was a very good starting point for various excursions (Hillebachsee, Golden Path, canyon and bridge path, Sauerländer visitor mine). If we spend another getaway in the area, we'd love to come back to this house.

I booked the accommodation for my mother-in-law and her sister, they both loved it and they enjoyed their stay very much. Sheep, foxes, goats, were seen. The view from the window is phenomenal, and the surroundings are a dream for those seeking peace. The house leaves nothing to be desired. And the food at the nearby farm is great, as is the farm shop.

We had a wonderful time. Upon arrival, Franziska ensured that the stove was on and told about what to do in the region. The cottage is small, cozy and has everything you need. Everything is very carefully decorated and cared for. The area is beautiful and very quiet, the cottage is at the end of a dead end road on a nature reserve. There is a very sweet dog with whom the children have played a lot. Franziska is a lovely hostess, knows a lot about the area, loves a chat, gave us good information and made sure there was enough wood for the stove. Thank you so much for everything!

fantastic location, magnificent nature on the Weser, cute extremely charming lavender cottage, everything coordinated and perfect, great breakfast!! We love the bread and everything else! Such a service! We felt perfect and discreetly cared for. Unfortunately, I had to get to work on time on the day of departure. Hence the abrupt departure.
