We offer an apartment of about 40 square meters. In the house there is another apartment for up to 4 people and a large apartment on the upper floor. (Possible running noises) Located directly on the "Höhenflug" hiking trail, the "Wilde Wiese" ski resort is also in the immediate vicinity. The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

You have the area on the edge of the pasture all to yourselves. The price includes tourist tax.

The cozy vacation home Gabi is located above the Hennesee & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland landscape. It is completely made of wood inside and exudes cozy comfort in a rustic atmosphere. Cozy like 30 years ago! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sofa bed in the living room & a bunk bed, so it can accommodate 5-6 guests. This cozily furnished Scandinavian wooden cabin in Willingen-Bömighausen will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming cabin is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. Forest hut on the Listerhof

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
