A wonderfully beautiful apartment in an idyllic village. We were guests in Schmallenberg in the apartment of the Kölbel family in winter. The apartment corresponds 100% to the pictures. Super easy check-in/out. Arriving at the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and the apartment is well laid out, enough space for 6 people. The bathroom and beds are a dream💯. The Kölbel family is super friendly and helpful. In the village you will find everything you need, a small but fine EDEKA (Tante Emma) a beverage market a pastry shop and some nice restaurants. The apartment has always been a great starting point for our excursions. We thank the Kölbel family and are already looking forward to next winter in Schmallenberg.

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

It was an incredible stay, the apartment was very clean, the hosts were very friendly and proactive, just like in the photos.

We recovered very well in the apartment , location was great, you can walk quickly to the park and downtown , grocery store directly up the street, a very quiet house , the beds were very comfortable and beautiful was the evening starry sky on the balcony and at the skylight. Dimi is a very helpful host , the communication was super fast . Thank you , we are happy to recommend .

We spent 3 days in Anna and Sebastian's very nice and cozy apartment! The place is very beautiful and the apartment very spacious and good for small children. We borrowed a hiking backpack for children and there was a baby bed, baby chair, and toys. Anna and Sebastian were very welcoming - and also friendly to lend their garden with a trampoline, etc. The place is beautifully located about 2 km from Schmallenberg with good shopping, cafes, etc., and also within walking distance of a large playground 😊 great recommendation from here!

We give a full 5 stars. We booked the apartment for a subcontractor who highly praised the place. We would love to book again. Many thanks again to Sven for his uncomplicated, flexible and friendly manner. Simply great!

We spent a few very nice days in the apartment on Lake Bigges and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen. A highlight is the great lake view, which can be enjoyed from both the living room and the covered balcony. In good weather, the area invites you to take walks, bike ride or excursions to the water and if the weather does not play along, for example, a visit to the Attah cave nearby is worthwhile.

We were received incredibly nicely. On Easter Sunday, we found a nest of chocolate chicks outside our door. The apartment is very quiet with views of the castle park, which is unfortunately not open to the public. But you can walk in 2 minutes to the picturesque medieval city center of Büdingen. We felt very comfortable - the ideal place to explore the Spessart or Wetterau from there.

Sebastian's place is very warm and decorated with taste. We immediately felt comfortable! When we arrived, we had a very nice attention from him as well as a beautiful sunset in the evening. It takes 13 minutes to reach Phantasialand. Thanks again for everything, we loved our stay and warmly recommend this place. Adeline and Loïc

We had a great time staying at Kathi and Marcel's apartment. The place is really super centrally located and communication was very easy. We felt very comfortable the entire time.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice and spacious terrace. Hiking and cycling opportunities from the house in a beautiful green area or along the Rhine. Nice owners, available with questions.

great apartment, Umut is also a great and very nice host, who was always available if you had a question. Absolute plus points is the swimming pool and sauna one level above the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

we were there for the second time and were very satisfied again....the apartment is right on the forest,so ideal for the dogs... the connection is very good and to Bonn it is also not far.... the apartment is very large and cozy and equipped with everything you need every day...the communication was great... in addition, there are many , beautiful chickens running freely in the garden...we liked it very much again and we'd love to come back....☺️☺️

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!
