Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Escondido

This was an awesome place to stay. Great hot tub, comfortable furniture, comfortable bed. Great location - we could walk to the beach and a great Co-Op for groceries. Matthew was a great host / all the comforts of home. Would absolutely stay again when in San Diego. :)

Alejandro and Magdalena were great hosts. They had great communication and were friendly and accommodating. Our stay was very relaxing: beds were comfortable and lots of space to hang out indoors and outdoors.

Great location. You can walk to the lagoon and grocery store. We had five people and a dog and there was so much room to spread out, yet still felt intimate. The gardens and both outdoor spaces were fantastic. The house was immaculate. The simple, perfect placement, and alignment of dishes, books, and games showed how much care goes into cleaning and maintaining the home. It did not feel cluttered. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and there were so many things there if you have little ones. The coolers were great for beach and park days. They provided so much in supplies that we only needed to buy one roll of paper towels in seven days. Having great shampoo, soap, and conditioner was so helpful. I had several questions because I missed the info when reading the detailed instructions, and the response times were incredible. This was a fantastic house and the rental experience was seamless. I definitely will return to one of Kimberly’s rentals if we return to the area.

Our stay was great! Hot tub was as promised 104° and very clean. Many convenient amenities made this place very nice to stay, we didn’t have to provide or buy any additional supplies (like sometimes happens). Erik was a wonderful host and very responsive to a few questions we had. The location is overall very quiet and is a walkable distance to nearby restaurants/grocery/coffee shops/etc. Quick bus ride of $2.50 per person is a great way to quickly get to the beach area as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks Erik!

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

The pool and spa made this a 5 star! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the backyard. The house looks like the photos and looks like it has had some updates made to it. Would recommend for someone wanting a convenient and private spot to rent plus a great backyard.

The stay is a perfect and beautiful place. The host is very nice, reasonable, and friendly. The response was so quick and clear no matter the time. The place is pristine clean and homely. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

Kathryn was a great host. She was extremely communicative and respected our privacy. The area is a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the Sunday farmers market and Dark Horse coffee. Oh and Ana’s Dry Cleaning is worth the wait for unbelievably great gelato and the experience of the full tour.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was just as described with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were as well! It is very easy to walk to a lot that is close by or to just take a leisurely walk in general as the neighborhood is great overall!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's over the years and I think this was one of the nicest. House had lovely decor. Beds were SUPER comfy (really!!). Extra blankets were provided (always a plus!) and one of the best equipped kitchens ever! Tons of cutlery, glasses and even a nice selection of spices!!! We had such a good time we are already planning our return. The only tiny downside was running out of gas for the grill mid cook, BUT Hosts were so responsive we found a quick easy solution. So maybe just check to see how much gas there is before you BBQ. Pool was WONDERFUL!

This home and the views are absolutely breathtaking. There were so many cozy spots to sit and chat. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table and theater room. We ended up having rainy weather, but the pool was heated and still comfortable. We loved the Airbnb so much that we never ended up leaving the property. Would love to stay here again

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

My wife and I booked this stay for our wedding weekend for and our bridal party and loved every moment of our stay. The place was clean, the amenities were as advertised and Simon was the perfect host. He answered very quickly and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our perfect weekend. On top of everything else we were allowed to bring our dogs last minute for an extremely low price in my opinion. This generosity took a lot of stress out of our very special trip. I would 10/10 recommend this stay to anybody looking for a relaxing and stress free trip!

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

This was a great place for our trip to Oceanside. A little far to drive to Oceanside harbour, but on its own what the place offers the value is superb. Large property, space to play for children on a fenced property, felt very safe. An old character cabin, the whole family loved it.

This place is exactly what you see. You have all the privacy you need, but you're not too far away from the market. Finding the place, getting inside and the amount of things that you can do at the home, makes it worth the stay. The house was spotless, and everything in the house works. No surprises.

We had the most wonderful stay in this peaceful and cozy home! The amenities are amazing and the wood fired sauna was the cherry on top. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay and provided us with everything we needed. The location is impeccable, in the middle of the forest and surrounded by beauty and quiet. We really didn’t want to leave this place but will definitely be back again soon! The home is so unique and very well equipped. We can’t wait to repeat our trip back here!
