Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-metre apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance. The apartment comprises a large combined living-dining-kitchen area, a large bedroom, a small combined living-bedroom with a single bed (185 x 85 cm), and a bathroom. A foldaway bed (90 x 200 cm) is available upon request. There is space for 4 adults and 1 baby (cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Small oasis on the southern slope of the Rurtal, panoramic view

We offer our small, fine vacation home in the Eifel for guests (also with dogs). The renovated bungalow nestles on the southern slope of the Rur Valley and overlooks the small village of Untermaubach and its castle. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful hiking trails through former vineyards, the Celtic Hochkoppel and the typical Buntsandsteinfelsen [colorful sandstone rocks] along the Rur. Rurtal & the Eifel National Park are particularly attractive for hikers, mountain bikers/e-bikers and nature lovers.

The small cozy 25 sqm are located in a completely renovated old building from 1900. In addition to the historic charm, we offer a private shower, toilet and a pantry kitchen (fridge, microwave), TV and Wi-Fi access included. The apartment with private entrance can accommodate up to 2 people on the first floor. Vacation rental by the forest - relax in the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Lovely apartment in Alsdorf Warden

The flat is located in the first floor and provides very comfortable space for 4 persons. When using the studio couch up to 6 persons can stay in the flat. There are 2 seperate bed rooms as well as fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The bathroom provides a shower and a bath. One of the bed rooms is the access room to the bathroom. A fireplace can be used professionally for additional ambiente. Before using the fireplace please ask for a user-training carried out by the landlord.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
