The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a retreat for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

The house has 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The kitchen has the usual basic amenities, a large fridge-freezer, induction hob with convection oven. All TVs in the house are smart TVs, and can easily be used at the same time via the Wi-Fi network. Several parking bags are located directly in front of the property. It consists of 2 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen, terrace and large garden.

This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
