Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits).
