This gite has a ground floor bedroom with shower room that is suitably adapted for people with mobility restrictions. No pets. Also on site are 4 other properties. Family home in Nort-sur-Erdre with unheated swimming pool and 1,600m² garden. Beautiful mansion of the late 18th century, with all the charm of the past: please note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, some rooms are still in their original state. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and bedrooms in a row).

Large house with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located east of Nantes not far from the ring road but without noise disturbance, it is ideal for accessing the Stade de La Beaujoire or the Euronantes exhibition center. Sleeps 15, or even 16 if you have a "drawer bed" located in bedroom 6. Four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed but can be transformed into two single beds . Allow an additional 20€ per room for the conversion into two beds.
