Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

We created this place to stay for our loved ones. We have therefore carefully renovated it so that our guests feel at home, in complete independence. You will appreciate the simplicity of the place in a village on the banks of the Loire with its medieval tower and welcoming city center. The 300 m body of water will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks and swimming (supervised in July and August). Your children will only have to cross the small street to enjoy the streetpark and games.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with double bed and mattress on the floor, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. 4 parking spaces available.

Wi-Fi. T2 located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Parking is paid except on Sundays and free from 14/07 to 15/08.

Loire Valley family home + beach 300 m away

Friendly, spacious and very bright house with all the comforts. In a family neighborhood that is very popular with children. The pond 300 m away has beaches, 1 of which is supervised by lifeguards in July/August. The Loire is a few hundred meters further away and also offers beaches and especially views. Take a break and relax by the Erdre River at La Gandonnière (La Chapelle-sur-Erdre 44240) Manors and castles built along the ancient Roman roads, passage of Velodyssée, canal from Nantes to Brest. 5 min walk to La Chapelle Aulnay station by tram-train (or by bus line 86 which serves the faculties of Nantes) -15 min from the Beaujoire Exhibition Center- - you would be at Nantes station (Jardin des Plantes) in just 23 minutes.
