Built in 2019, my house is located in the quiet of a cul-de-sac 750 meters from the beach of the Etel waterbody and shops. It offers a bright living room with sofa bed, (140 x 200), an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom with wardrobe, 160 x 200 bed, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, a bathroom with toilet, laundry room. New, comfortable and bright interior. Bike storage. Open garden with south-facing terrace, patio with terrace. Barbecue. Private parking. Pets allowed.

Welcome to our home! "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). A nice place to recharge and get away from it all! Ideally located for water activities (kite, surf, sand yachting...), direct access to hiking trails and bike paths, to visit the area (Quiberon peninsula, Morbihan golf course, Etel estuary...) and its megaliths!

"Pioka" Loft Art & Surf

Loft upstairs of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept rentals per night (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surf & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Soleil d'Artist apartment is ready to welcome you, a small cocoon close to the beaches of Erdeven and the Etel bar. You can walk there. As a painter, I wanted to give it an artistic touch adjoining my studio, with a garden where you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables, dining areas for a plancha and rest areas, bicycles. A quality apartment that will seduce you with its charm.

Old farmhouse at the end of a dead end lane, on more than1 ha of countryside. Comfortable cottage with mini farm: goat, pig, chickens, goose, pony, donkey and horses, to feed if you want! Ideal for exploring the region (Auray, Carnac, Quiberon...). Master bedroom (bed 160), bathroom/wc, dressing room. Garden not fenced. Linens provided, bed made. Label Gîte de France. Cleaning to be done or flat rate: €40/stay or €20/1 night.

"La Petite Maison" Ploëmel

Ideally located, near Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, d 'Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the centre of the village, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.
