Agréable maison de 36 m² pour 4 personnes dans résidence privée. Jardin privé, espace terrasse avec salon de jardin. 2 places de parking. Piscine de 12m x 6m, chauffée à 28° et couverte (ce qui permet la baignade peu importe le temps 🙂) , ouverte du 4 Avril à fin Septembre tous les jours de 10h à 20h, commune aux 18 autres logements de la résidence. Aire de jeux pour enfants. Accès rapide à la plage (900m) à travers les dunes (par la piste cyclable).

It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).

We rent out our house where we live year-round. It is quietly located in the village of Erdeven, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a subdivision of 5 houses. This independent contemporary from 2017 is perfect for a vacation as a couple or family (with children). Walking distance to all amenities. We may accept your pet. However, please let us know at the time of booking!
