we were guests in Yann's accommodation for two weeks. It all matched the descriptions. The apartment is right by the sea, about 30 to 40 meters to the dunes. The sound of the sea is good to hear. Otherwise, at least during our stay, it is very quiet. Right there along the bike path of the stand. Yann was a friendly host who responded to a problem immediately and provided a solution. From the apartment, all sights can be reached by bike or car. A recommendation from us!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). Impeccable accommodation, well-equipped and functional. Easy parking, nice view from the terrace. Warm welcome and good advice from hosts always available and responsive if you have any questions. The creperie located right across the street is very good. Nearby paths for walks. The place makes it easy to radiate around: Ria d 'Etel, Saint-Cado, Vannes, Golfe du Morbihan, Carnac, etc. Only downside, we are close to the bridge and therefore the road but it is not so inconvenient.

House in a great location. Accommodation faithful to the listing and very clean. There's nothing missing. The welcome is great and the geographical location is ideal for visiting this beautiful Morbihan region! I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time in Belz. The accommodation is very well located, easily accessible on foot and by car and from the accommodation you can easily get to Auray, Carnac, Erdeven, Etel..... We are delighted with our stay and I highly recommend this house. Despite the fact that it overlooks the road, the house is quiet. We are 5 minutes' walk from the sea.

Very well located accommodation in Carnac, and in all respects in line with what is advertised. Samuel is very responsive, and full of good advice. I came for work so I didn't enjoy the seaside much, but already knowing Carnac and its surroundings well, I was able to appreciate the relevance of his advice. Thank you for the little touches!
