Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Charming apartment, all comforts, located on the upper floor of our house. It is very functional with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, independent entrance. We provide bed and bath linens. "Pinta" Australian Shepherd is free to roam the property. We're on the way to the beaches, so no more traffic in the summer. Ideally located 10 minutes from the sea. Close to Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes, Lorient and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Ideally located if you like peace and quiet, fishing, then come and visit us in Saint-Cado. Here you are 15 km from Carnac, Auray and Lorient 18 km from Quiberon 30 km from Vannes. Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.
