Holiday rentals with a patio in Epping Forest

Was lovely staying at Grant’s place. Grant was very accommodating, and the neighborhood is so lovely with a lot of great restaurant and beautiful parks. Would highly recommend.

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

I will definitely be booking again! Lovely property, well kept and felt private. Amazing utilities in the kitchen enabling me to cook how I would at home which was great :). Good location, easy check in and pleasant hosts making overall stay a nice experience.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

I had an exceptional stay at London Haven with CJ host and am delighted to give it a full 5‑star rating! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Security was clearly a priority: the neighborhood felt safe, the home was protected, and the host provided clear instructions and 24/7 contact information. We never worried about our belongings or our little ones’ safety, which made our vacation stress‑free. On top of all that, the free on-site parking was incredibly convenient and gave us one less thing to worry about. No hunting for spots or paying extra fees—just park and enjoy. Overall, this Airbnb delivered on every promise—spacious, cozy, family‑friendly, secure, and with the bonus of free parking. Our kids are already asking when we can return! We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

The house was very nice and modern. Marlon was responsive and helpful, always answering withing minutes. The location was convenient, as very close to the airport for an early morning flight. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at The Happy Horny Cow for one night while seeing Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and honestly wish we’d booked an extra night! Jenny’s home is beautiful in every single way – you can tell she’s really thought of everything. From games and Yorkshire tea to dressing gowns, every little detail made it feel like a real treat. The decor is absolutely stunning – such a cool and unique place to stay. Jenny went above and beyond to make it feel special, and we felt so welcome. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in London!

This apartment is an absolute gem. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The location is great for exploring the Olympic village and there are loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. Abigail is an excellent host, providing all the information you need in an efficient and friendly way. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Five stars from us.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Joshua was a wonderful host and his house was one of the best I have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. It was also in a safe area.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!
