Holiday rentals with a patio in Epping Forest

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We had a great stay (6 nights, 2 adults/2 children) Highlights: - Great LOCATION 💫✨✨ Apartment on a quiet street, with little car traffic. But close to all amenities (subway, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars...) and extremely well located in London for easy access to the different neighborhoods. - Small but very convenient and well designed apartment for a week stay with the family. 2 bedrooms with double beds (and small individual duvets for children). Well equipped kitchen, bathroom too, and a mini terrace in the shelter! Very efficient heaters if needed. - Very kind and helpful host, even if we did not have the chance to meet him… Self check-in and checkout (keypad) Weak point: - Soundproofing with the top landing a little light... we were woken up one night by the departure of the tenants at 3am... But hey, in the city center you can't have everything! Thank you again for this stay!!!

Nice place that was comfortable. We felt very safe here. The location was great, and was easily walkable to a couple of underground stations within about 10-15 minutes. Cindy was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

I stay at Magda’s a lot and I can’t fault her advice and friendlinesss. Highly recommend.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Jen is a very responsive and available host. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport to easily reach the center of London. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. The warmer weather made for an even more pleasant stay being able to make use of lovely garden. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining and socialising. Great layout. All other aspects spot on too.

Great location with just a short walk to the O2 arena and the long stay car park. The apartment was super easy to find and I'd highly recommend for any events at the O2! Olivia was very helpful and very quick to reply.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

Tom's place is a real home from home so we instantly felt settled. The flat is beautifully decorated and actually much larger than I think the pictures show so we had plenty of space! Tom was really helpful and responsive and obviously really cares that his guests have a nice stay. The check in and out was super easy too. Such a great area with everything walkable! We will be back!

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!

We loved our stay. Henri was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location - 5 minute walk to grocery, cafes, and Cleveland Arms pub! Less than 10 minutes to Paddington station. Highly recommend.
