Located close to the Neckar river, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa. The Old Town (Altstadt) is about a 20-minute walk away. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen can be used to prepare breakfast. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the windows! The city requires us to charge a city tax of 3.50 euros per person per day for the first five days. Please pay this in cash on your departure day

Our loft is located in a family neighborhood and very central. It is 150 m to the S-Bahn and 250 m to the tram, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes.
