Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The house was renovated very lovingly and stylishly and is perfect for families and couples who want to live close to Heidelberg and Mannheim. For allergy sufferers, our forest bedroom is particularly suitable, as pollen protection and insect screens are installed. All shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity - 10min train ride to Heidelberg city center. For those arriving by electric car, there is a private parking space with wallbox right next to the house!

The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
