Holiday rentals with a patio in Eppan an der Weinstraße

We had an excellent stay at Marco’s place. He is extremely responsive and let us know ahead of our arrival that he would be out of town but we were met by his very kind and thoughtful mom Maria who made check-in a breeze. Excellent location and proximity to explore the area. Very clean apt within walking distance to a great family run restaurant Am Gleis. One of many great recommendations from Marco during our stay. Exploring this area was the highlight of our Italy vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better place as our home base. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable including a crib, high chair and toys for our 2 year old. A wonderful stay with an even more amazing family who made us feel welcome and at home. Would highly recommend Marco’s place for anyone planning to explore the Dolomites. Thank you Marco and family!

A great place to stay! We received many recommendations for a parking space and it was a smooth and fast communication! Despite the fact that the accommodation is located on a busy street, it is quiet.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and hosts are super friendly. We stayed 4 nights and we drove to many places in the Dolomites.

Simply a dream apartment, living and sleeping downstairs, on the terrace upstairs whirlpool and sun, it is 5 minutes by car from the lake where all the restaurants and shops are, it is simply ideal!

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

A home is definitely worth recommending for a larger family. It has everything you need and a beautiful view of the Val di Sole mountains and valley.

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Giuliana and Davide's apartment is quite charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

A beautiful villa in a lovely town with great restaurants. The walk back up to the villa is quite steep but the views compensate for this. Would definitely come back to this great modern home. A very relaxing holiday with accommodating and helpful host.

We had a very good time, the house is really nice and in a very quiet location, surrounded by apple plantations. We went with the dogs so it was an ideal location. The lady who welcomed us was really very nice and kind! Spacious, clean house with everything you need. Recommended

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is super nicely decorated, incredibly clean and modern. The location is very suitable for excursions in the Dolomites. The many recommendations for restaurants as well as the great amenities in the apartment rounded off the stay. Julia was very friendly, proactive and always responded very quickly. We will be back!

Ida was an impeccable, helpful, and responsive host right away. The apartment is wonderful: the kitchen, very clean, is equipped with every accessory, it is spacious, bright and cozy. The bathroom is impeccable with a bathtub as well as a shower (with shampoo and body soap). The towels are impeccable. The bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable bed with super soft duvets. It felt like we slept under a cloud! Private parking in the back is very convenient. The entire apartment, even more beautiful in real life than in the photo, is very quiet, located in an adorable village and in a strategic position: a few steps from a supermarket, and just a ten-minute drive from Molveno. I definitely recommend this host and his place!
