Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. It is only a few minutes' drive from the Monticolo Lakes, St. Michael/Eppan, Kaltern an der Weinstraße and the state capital of Bolzano. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
