Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
